Nos professionnels exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s accompagnent les travailleurs handicap\u00e9s vers l\u2019apprentissage d\u2019un savoir-faire soign\u00e9 et exigeant que n\u00e9cessitent nos m\u00e9tiers de boulangerie, p\u00e2tisserie, traiteur, restauration, vente, horticulture et maraichage. Au travers de notre apprentissage, nous visons la mont\u00e9e en comp\u00e9tence technique ainsi que le d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un savoir-\u00eatre professionnel. Au quotidien, nos professionnels de l\u2019ESAT travaillent  entre autres, sur la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation, la gestion du stress, le travail en \u00e9quipe, la communication, l\u2019autonomie, le sens de l\u2019organisation, la rigueur et la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance.<\/span><\/span>
